Graduate Development Programme
The Graduate Development Programme is a 6 Months programme and promise to take graduates outside of their comfort zone to build unique professional, leadership and networking skills. The programme exposes graduates to workplace training and allows them to learn and gain valuable industry skills. The programme further offers international exposure and a comprehensive experience of the financial industry, including mentorship and coaching. At the end of the 6 Months the graduates will have an opportunity to transition into full time employment roles.
We are looking for Five (5) passionate, ambitious and innovative recent graduates to join the Graduate Development Programme.
Minimum Requirements Expected of the Ideal Candidates
- Have completed and obtained an undergraduate degree
- Must have graduated between 2018 and 2020
- Obtained a minimum of 70% aggregate on academic results
- Required Qualification Fields: Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, Information Systems Technology.
- Exceptional interpersonal, networking and communication skills
- Research skills, creativity and innovation
- Ability to take initiative and be inquisitive
- Highly dynamic, resilient and a self-starter
- Understand and appreciate the value of diverse cultural perspectives
- Namibian Citizens
